Traditional pancakes

  • 1½ cups of flour
  • 1½ teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk (warm)
  • 30 grams of butter (melted)

Combine flour, baking powder, and sugar. Whisk egg, milk, and butter in another bowl, then mix into dry ingredients.
