Hummus
- 1 can of chickpeas
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- ¼ cup of lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of garlic
- ¼ cup of tahini
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
- ½ teaspoon of cumin
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Boil chickpeas with baking soda for 30 minutes.
In a food processor, blend lemon juice, salt, and garlic. Add the tahini and cold water, blending until creamy, then add the cumin, chickpeas, and oil and blend some more.
