Cauliflower tacos
- ½ cup of peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon of chilli flakes
- ⅛ teaspoon of chilli powder
- 1½ teaspoons of cumin
- ½ teaspoon of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- ½ cauliflower (chopped)
- 1 block of tofu (crumbled)
Mix together the peanut butter, oil, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, chilli powder, cumin, oregano, soy sauce, and maple syrup.
Mix in the cauliflower and tofu.
Spread on a tray and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
