Banana chocolate and walnut muffins

  • 1½ cups of flour
  • ½ cup of bran
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup of canola oil
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup of walnuts
  • ½ cup of chocolate chips

In a bowl, combine the flour, bran, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in the canola oil, milk, and vanilla.

Mash the bananas, chop the walnuts and add along with the chocolate chips.

Spoon into greased muffin trays and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
