Sugar cookies

  • 1½ cups of flour
  • ¾ teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 6 tablespoons of oil
  • 1½ tablespoons of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Stir in oil, milk, and vanilla to form a dough.

Roll dough and cut into 0.5cm thick circles.

Bake at 160°C for 11 minutes.

Allow to cool, then decorate with icing and sprinkles.
