Soy garlic and lemon roasted broccoli

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of crushed ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
  • 1 head of broccoli

In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, crushed ginger, and crushed garlic. Cut the broccoli into florets and toss through the mixture. Lay out on a tray and bake at 210°C for 30 minutes.
