Satay sauce

  • ¼ cup of peanut butter (smooth)
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger (powdered)
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of crushed chilli

Combine peanut butter, ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, and crushed chilli.
