Fudgey brownie

  • ½ cup of flour
  • ¼ cup of cornflour
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1¼ cups of sugar
  • 170g butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 110g chocolate (50%)

Mix flour, cornflour, cocoa powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla essence.

Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth and glossy. Chop chocolate and fold into mixture.

Bake at 175°C for 35 minutes.
