- 1 kilogram of dried fruit
- 2 cups of water
- 150g fruit and nut chocolate
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons of ginger
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
Soak dried fruit overnight in water.
Roughly chop fruit and nut chocolate.
Mix together soaked fruit, chocolate, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
Bake for 2 hours at 160°C.
