Pizza dough

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of yeast
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

Mix flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and oil and knead for 10 minutes. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and leave to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Knead the dough gently to let out the air, roll out into 2 large circles, and cook for 10 minutes at 180°C.
