Peanut butter slice
- 1¼ cups of coconut
- ⅓ cup of peanut butter (for base)
- ⅓ cups of peanuts
- ¼ cup of cocoa powder
- ¼ cup of maple syrup (for base)
- 1 tablespoon of water
- ¼ teaspoons of salt
- ¾ cup of smooth peanut butter (for filling)
- ¼ cup of coconut oil
- ¼ cup of maple syrup (for filling)
- 85 grams of chocolate (50% cocoa)
- 1 tablespoon of smooth peanut butter (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (for topping)
- ½ tablespoon of coconut oil (for topping)
Blend the coconut, peanut butter, peanuts, cocoa powder, maple syrup, water, and salt in a food processor until fine and sticky. Press mixture into the base of a prepared slice tin.
Melt the smooth peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup until smooth. Spread over base and chill for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate, smooth peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil until smooth. Spread over filling and chill for five hours.
