Lemon cake
This tastes really good with lemon icing.
- 2⅔ cups of flour
- 1½ cups of sugar
- 1½ teaspoons of baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon of salt
- 1½ cups of milk
- ⅓ cup of oil
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 3 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of lemon zest
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Add milk, oil, apple cider vinegar, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whisk until combined and spoon into a cake tin.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
