Hot Chocolate
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 10 squares of dark chocolate (50%)
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup to a simmer. Stir until there's no clumps. Add the finely chopped dark chocolate and whisk until the hot chocolate is smooth.
