Everything biscuits
- 1½ cups of wholemeal flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- ½ cup of chocolate chips
- ½ cup of oats
- ½ cup of coconut
- ½ cup of sultanas
- 3 teaspoons of cinnamon
- ½ cup of milk
- ¼ cup of oil
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
Combine wholemeal flour, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, chocolate chips, oats, coconut, sultanas, cinnamon, then mix in milk, oil, and vanilla essence.
Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
