Crispy cauliflower

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cornflour
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika

Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat evenly.

Sprinkle the cornflour, salt, pepper, turmeric, nutritional yeast, and paprika over the cauliflower and toss.

Spread the cauliflower over a tray and bake at 230°C for 20-30 minutes.
