Crepes

  • ½ cup of flour
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup of milk
  • a sprinkle of sugar (to serve)
  • a drizzle of lemon juice (to serve)

Sift flour, and mix in the egg and milk. Let mixture sit for a half-hour. Pour mixture into a hot pan a quarter-cup at a time. Sprinkle cooked crepes with sugar and lemon juice. Makes 6.
