Crepes
- ½ cup of flour
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup of milk
- a sprinkle of sugar (to serve)
- a drizzle of lemon juice (to serve)
Sift flour, and mix in the egg and milk. Let mixture sit for a half-hour. Pour mixture into a hot pan a quarter-cup at a time. Sprinkle cooked crepes with sugar and lemon juice. Makes 6.
