Chocolate chip biscuits 2
- ¾ cup of wholemeal flour
- ¾ cup of white flour
- 2 teaspoons of cornflour
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 90 grams of coconut oil (softened)
- ½ cup of white sugar
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- ¾ cup of chocolate chips
Whisk together the wholemeal flour, white flour, cornflour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat together the coconut oil, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add in the egg, milk, and vanilla and beat until combined.
Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, adding in the chocolate chips at the same time.
Place balls of cookie mixture on a baking tray, they do not require flattening. Bake at 190°C for 7 minutes.
