Chocolate cake

  • 1½ cups of flour
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 flax egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • ⅓ cup of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Sift the flour cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl and then add the sugar.

Mix together the flax egg, milk, vanilla, oil, and apple cider vinegar.

Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Spoon into a cake tin and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
