Chocolate brownie

  • ½ cup of milk
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • ⅔ cup of chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup of wholemeal flour
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp of chocolate buttons

Heat milk, then stir in sugar and chocolate buttons until chocolate is melted. Add oil, flaxseed, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla.

In another bowl, mix wholemeal flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix everything together and stir in chocolate buttons.

Pour into lined baking pan and add more chocolate buttons on top.

Bake at 180°C for 14 minutes.
