Chapatis

  • 140g white flour
  • 140g wholemeal flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 180ml hot water

Mix together white flour, wholemeal flour, salt, garlic granules, and cumin seeds. Combine with oil and hot water to make a soft dough.

Knead until smooth. Divide into 12-16 pieces, and roll out into thin discs.

Fry chapatis for around 30 seconds on each side.
