B’s peanut butter frosting

  • 70 grams of butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup of peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 cup of icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • ½ teaspoon of almond essence
  • ⅓ cup of cream
  • some salt (if needed)

Beat butter until fluffy. Add peanut butter, icing sugar, vanilla essence, and almond essence, beating after the addition of each ingredient.

Whip cream to medium-stiff peaks and fold into mixture. Add salt, to taste.
