B’s peanut butter frosting
- 70 grams of butter (softened)
- ¾ cup of peanut butter (smooth)
- 1 cup of icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- ½ teaspoon of almond essence
- ⅓ cup of cream
- some salt (if needed)
Beat butter until fluffy. Add peanut butter, icing sugar, vanilla essence, and almond essence, beating after the addition of each ingredient.
Whip cream to medium-stiff peaks and fold into mixture. Add salt, to taste.
