- 1½ cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- ⅓ cup of cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- ⅓ cup of oil
- 1 cup of milk
Combine flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sugar.
Whisk together the egg, vanilla, oil, and milk, and fold into dry ingredients.
Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
